WE OFFER FREE EXCHANGES FOR ONE WEEK. After the delivery of your product, you have one week to reach out for returns / exchanges. The product must have the tags and bags in order to receive an exchange / refund. Failure to return the product with the required pieces may forfeit your ability to receive a refund / exchange.
